Ben set up BDL Fire Protection Ltd in 2015. His career started with him being an Installer, moving on to Supervision and Contract Management before forming BDL. This variety of experience gives BDL the luxury of having a Director who understands the needs of Clients whilst understanding what happens on the ground.
Allan Joined BDL Fire Protection at the start of 2020 as our Operations Manager. Allan plays a key role in our management team. His assistance in monitoring quality and ensuring all projects are running efficiently, to budget allows the communication between us and our clients to be seamless.
Leah manages all accounts and financial information. Leah’s experience and qualifications in accountancy are a particular benefit to BDL and Leah is a great asset to our team.
Sarah joined BDL's growing team in 2017, formally as Office Administrator, progressing to Project Coordinator whilst continuing her studies in Business and Management and Edge Hill University.
As our Office Manager, Hannah oversees all day to day office activities including, staff training, recruitment and retention. Hannah’s friendly and professional manor enables our office to operate smoothly and efficiently.

Mark is our Site Manager specifying in Fire Doors. Mark overseas all joinery and Fire Door Works. Mark also ensures that all projects are economical, completed on time and to budget.
George came on board in 2016 as our Fire Risk Assessor. George is also an IOSH Accredited Safety and Management Trainer and delivers training to our team and customers.
