At Sankey Manor, BDL Fire Protection fulfilled comprehensive fire stopping requirements for our client Torus 62 Ltd, a £45K project conducted over a 3-month period following a compartmentation survey that identified numerous issues within the building. Fire stopping works at Middlewood Lock, Salford were successfully executed for IMS, a project valued at approximately £160,000 over 18 months. Middlewood Locks is a £700m waterside development in Salford featuring both residential and commercial properties, where we successfully completed blocks K, L and M on phase 3 using the specified Hilti products. The project ran smoothly with the client's dedicated site manager coordinating with our team, allowing us to finish within the agreed timeframe while maintaining safety and quality standards.
