BDL’S Framework Win!

We are delighted to announce that we have won a place on Fusion21 Building Safety and Compliance framework for both Fire Stopping and Fire Doors!

Phill Woodhead, Fusion 21 Category Manager said "We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto the framework, including BDL Fire Protection Ltd. The tender process was highly competitive and the process has identified the best contractors for our members to use."

The £880m framework hosts 175 prequalified, accredited suppliers, both SMEs and multinational organisations, that have been assessed for their skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours (SKEB) and have secured a place on the framework, which has been designed and positioned to meet emerging requirements particularly in relation to fire safety and the building safety agenda.

The framework is open for public sector organisations to use including those in housing, local authorities, blue light, central government, education and health. The scope of the framework covers surveys, planned and responsive maintenance, installation and upgrades, and complements Fusion21’s existing Heating and Renewables and Lifts frameworks to cover the big six compliance areas.

As a social enterprise, Fusion21 is passionate about creating social value. It’s their goal to deliver community projects that make a real and lasting impact. With the ability to generate social value through procurement, planning, consultancy and reducing reoffending - no matter what kind of social value outcomes you want to achieve, they’ll have the experience and expertise to support you.

Fusion21 consider any project of any scale – they have generated £78 Million in community impact to date and created more than 5,200 jobs for local people, which I am sure you can all agree is simply outstanding! BDL are both proud and excited to be awarded a place on this framework and we can’t wait to work with some local projects in the near future.

Well done to all the team at BDL!

Client Feedback

Novus Property Solutions

Neal Donlan

Carrying out construction works in the Health Care environment is extremely challenging. This means that you have to adapt your working methods/hours etc to suit to reduce the impact upon the primary function of the hospitals.

BDL Fire protection are always happy to do what we need them to, sometimes at extremely short notice to meet the demands of the project. They are extremely professional & reliable and I would certainly recommend the company.

As the Customer Liaison Manager, communication with customers is paramount. The feedback I have received is very positive. Your operatives are courteous and respectful and nothing is too much trouble for the team. Special mention goes to Andy Morris, Ant and Shaun. Thank you.

Bolton at Home

John Martindale

BDL conducted initial fire stopping surveys on a dozen of out HMO's that were being used for specialized housing. They subsequently conducted the fire stopping based on this survey.

The end users, the care staff and Bolton at Home were delighted in the timely manner and professionalism in how BDL conducted their works.

I would highly recommend them to any organisation that required fire stopping surveys and or rectification works being conducted.
